Santosh Jadhav is Free lance soft skill trainer who has conducted soft skill and personality development session for the students,teachers and entry level employee.He has completed Master in Industrial as well as clinical Psychology.Worked with Dr.Reddy's Foundation as Customer relation sales facilitator.Trained the youth from slum area in sales and life skills and placed  them in entry level jobs. He was associated with the organisation to complete the vision 2020 of Dr.A.P.J.Kalam.He is highly enthusiastic trainer who believes training as source of personality and organisation development.He also helped the number of youth in there career.According to Him 'Students who pass 10th or 12th they don't understand what to do next some students take admission  for engineering or diploma and some students go for graduation.At this level career counselling is needed which can help student to know there attributes and which can be appropriate career for them.It will help them to get a job in which they are interested'.He is planing to conduct the training session for students,employee which will create revolution in there life.He is also Planing to conduct the Training program in remote areas where he need volunteers.You can join him to contribute for the welfare of society.
